"I was a little intimidated about walking into a dealership but after reading some previous customer reviews online that mentioned Frank Eliaspour I decided to call. I was interested in an Equinox and Frank was very knowledgeable about the different models and options available. I decided to come in and take a test drive and see if they had a vehicle that I was interested in. After finding a vehicle and getting my credit approved I was still hesitant. Frank took the time to go over all of the options on the vehicle and explained what each of them did and how they worked. Frank was friendly, very helpful and never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. Once I decided to buy the vehicle Frank stayed and talked with me while I waited for the finance area to complete my paperwork even though it was an hour after they had closed. Frank made my first new car purchase an enjoyable one and I would highly recommend him."
